Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to our monthly subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Subscription Service Overview
Our monthly subscription service provides access to your customized CRM account as has been described to you. The subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis and grants you access to your customized CRM account.
3. Subscription Fee
The subscription fee is $197 to $697 per month, depending on your chosen plan, payable in advance. In addition to the monthly subscription fee, there is a one-time nonrefundable setup fee of $997 to $2497, depending on your chosen plan.
4. Payment
Payment for the subscription service, including the setup fee, is due at the time of subscription. Payment must be made using the payment methods accepted by our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if payment is not received on time.
5. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting WebsterWC at the number or email provided on the website. The setup fee is nonrefundable, even if you cancel your subscription.
6. Changes to Subscription Service
We reserve the right to change the subscription fee or terms of the subscription service at any time. We will notify you in advance of any changes to the subscription service or fees
7. Use of the Service
You agree to use the subscription service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not share your subscription login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to the service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of the subscription service is the intellectual property of WebsterWC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content provided through the subscription service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the subscription service.
10. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information related to the subscription service.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of that country.
By subscribing to our monthly subscription service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not subscribe to our service.
